German scientist Dr.Alois Alzheimer found this disease in 1907. He found this disease in a woman who died because of sudden illness of mind.

There are many organizations through out the world, which in collecting funds to research and also to say about this disease among people. This disease generally starts from the age of 60 years or more than 60 years. Early onset of Alzheimer's occurs at the age of 40 years only. Both have almost same symptoms. Alzheimer's awareness bracelets are available at Alzheimer's organization. It's not necessary that every person should have same type of symptoms they vary from person to person. It's also not necessary that every person should fall under all the stages.

The two risk factors that have been identified for Alzheimer's include age, because Alzheimer's is most common in people over the age of 65, and if Alzheimer's disease is there in one person in a family then there is chance that other person may be effected by this disease.
