Alzheimer's InformationNowadays Alzheimer's disease has become common in millions of people all over the world. But this Alzheimer's disease is not having treatment, which cures the effected person completely. Alzheimer's disease is a progressive and irreversible brain disorder with no known reason or cure. It attacks and slowly destroys the mind of the person. Alzheimer's disease is the most common form of dementia. There are almost 4.5 millions of American people who are suffering from this Alzheimer's disease. Not only in America but also all over the world there are 18 million people who are suffering from this Alzheimer's disease nowadays. American health assistance foundation started a program named by Alzheimer's disease Research in 1985 to fund research and also to educate people about this Alzheimer's disease. There are three stages in this Alzheimer's disease. They are mild dementia, moderate dementia and severe dementia. It's not necessary that every person who is suffering from this Alzheimer's disease should go under all these stages. It's also not necessary that symptoms will common in all. Main cause of this Alzheimer's disease is failure of nerve cells, which lead to complete disorder of brain, which causes death further. There is no permanent cure for this Alzheimer's disease but personal care and affection should be given to the Alzheimer's. Scientists are saying that some antioxidants found in vegetables and fruits will help in reducing the Alzheimer's disease to some extent. There are many reasons for this Alzheimer's disease to occur. They are family factors, genetics, hereditary, head injury and brain tumor. Symptoms of this Alzheimer's disease are problem in thinking, problem in language, problem in walking, wandering at night times, forgetting things which happened just now, staying at home mostly, forgetting names of friends and relatives, not interested in taking with others, etc. There are three types of dementia. They are Alzheimer's dementia, vascular dementia and body lewy dementia. Alzheimer's dementia involves loss of nerve cells in the areas of brain and other mental functions. Vascular dementia is formed when arteries feeding the brain are blocked. Lewy bodies develop within the cells of mid brain and beneath the cerebral hemisphere. It's not compulsory that dementia is always Alzheimer's. We should take personal care of the people who have Alzheimer's disease as they may lose sometimes when they go outside the house.
